As a passenger with Keolis, you have rights if your train is delayed. The mobility guarantee ensures that you will still quickly reach your destination, and your passenger rights dictate that you can claim for a refund. Purchase of a ticket is, however, essential and together with other important points, this is outlined in the conditions of carriage.
