Düsseldorf, 24 August 2023 - On Thursday, 31 August, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., around 30 eurobahn employees will be on duty for their passengers across all departments. Under the motto "eurobahn - In dialogue with passengers", customer advisors, train drivers, administrative staff and the management will be available for personal discussions on the trains and at Hamm main station. "Our industry is always on the move, so it is all the more important that we are available to our customers for questions, suggestions and criticism. In particular, it is also important for us to explain the railway and rails that inspire us. Ideally, we do this so well that we can also attract young people or career changers to a meaningful and sustainable profession," the management team agrees.
