A noticeably more relaxed journey
Ensuring a thoroughly pleasant travel experience on board our trains is our top priority. This includes toilets that are clean and work properly. That is why we regularly repair and clean our train toilets.
We have recently gone one step further: we have refurbished and repainted our train toilets and given them a thorough clean, inside and out. This has enabled us to reduce the number of toilet faults by an average of around 14 per cent. It’s a development you may well have noticed yourself.
And what if a toilet isn’t working properly?
Should a train toilet ever be out of order, please feel free to speak to one of our customer service representatives. They will have toilet tokens available – whilst stocks last – which you can use to access the public toilets provided by rail & fresh at stations across our network free of charge.
