Düsseldorf, 3 June 2024 - At the beginning of June, eurobahn is once again engaging in direct dialogue with its passengers, answering questions and accepting suggestions and criticism. "We are in daily dialogue with our passengers, whether through our customer advisors on the trains or digitally. The "In dialogue" campaign days, which we hold regularly, are also particularly important to us because they give passengers the chance to engage directly with all eurobahn employees," says Anne Mathieu, Chairwoman and Managing Director of eurobahn. The location of Bielefeld was not chosen at random this year. "The industry-wide shortage of skilled labour and high sickness rates have meant that we have had to adjust our timetables on the Ostwestfalen-Lippe-Netz and Teutoburger-Wald-Netz since April. This is affecting many of our passengers, which is why we are coming to Bielefeld to discuss the current situation directly with them," continues Anne Mathieu.

Three times a year, eurobahn employees travel on the trains throughout the entire route and line network. From on-board staff to administrative staff and management, eurobahn employees are on hand to answer passengers' questions. On 6 June, there will once again be a campaign and careers stand at Bielefeld Central Station between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., where information will also be provided about current vacancies and opportunities for training and lateral entry.

On Friday, 7 June, eurobahn is also organising the "In dialogue with partners" event in Bielefeld, where invited industry partners, eurobahn employees and passengers will be able to engage in a personal exchange and discuss current topics from all perspectives.
