eurobahn returns to "dialogue with passengers" on 10 October
Düsseldorf, 30 September 2024. eurobahn is entering a new round on 10 October with the "eurobahn in dialogue with passengers" campaign series. The aim is to promote dialogue between passengers and the company and to discuss challenges, criticism and praise directly and immediately. The date was not chosen at random this time: The "Westtünnen" stop, which will in future be on the RB 89 line, will be officially opened at the same time.
eurobahn information stand at Hamm main station
Travellers will have the opportunity to meet and talk to eurobahn employees at the stand at Hamm main station. They will receive first-hand information about the networks and operations in general. Interested parties can find out how they can get into the driver's cab as a train driver themselves and what other career opportunities eurobahn offers.
eurobahn employees on the trains
On 10 October, employees from all eurobahn departments will be on board individual trains throughout the entire route and line network. All passengers are invited to seek a chat or take up the offer from the eurobahn staff. "We have consistently had very good experiences with the "eurobahn in dialogue" days in recent years," says Anne Mathieu, Managing Director of eurobahn, "The conversations between passengers and our employees are always very constructive and provide a change of perspective and understanding on both sides. We realise time and again that personal dialogue is irreplaceable. This time, we are particularly pleased that we will be opening a new stop on our RB 89 line in Westtünnen from 10 October."
Opening of Westtünnen
The new Hamm-Westtünnen stop will give the entire south of Hamm and the surrounding communities better access to the rail network. An opening ceremony with a public festival is planned from 11 a.m., as well as a special journey on the RB 89 from Hamm station to Westtünnen. eurobahn will also be present at the event with a wheel of fortune, prizes and other activities. Here, too, eurobahn employees will be on site and will be happy to engage in dialogue with passengers.
